Suggestion Box?

I found this outside the office some time ago and I tacked it to the wall. Now I'm wondering if it's a suggestion (or submission?) of some kind.

I love the diagram, and I wouldn't mind seeing some diagrams in the inbox, though of course, all submissions should come with a return address of some kind...

But I don't want to turn Copper Nickel into another kind of publication, no matter how much I might enjoy it.

COIN will feature some of our favorites from back issues, along with interviews, conversations, commentary—including book reviews—and, in the coming months, audio and…
Contest Update - NEW Submission Manager Link
With apologies for not signaling this clearly before, but contest submissions should be submitted through the Contest Submissions Manager, which is accessible at http://www.copper-nickel.org/contest/smgr/ We need to keep the contest entries separate from the normal submission stream so we can keep track of payments and communicate with entrants more effectively.…
